- Using magic for understanding and retention
- Moving people to action

For an in-depth overview of this session check out the Pizzazz article!
I have been scouring the internet for many weeks in search of
some piece of training information that I could relate to, and I
just found it in 'Training with
Pizzazz'. I just started a brand new job (less than 2
months) and in 2 weeks, will be training our hiring managers on
effective interviewing. Now, I have never trained anyone NOR
have I spoken in public since my high school graduation thirteen
years ago....needless to say, I'm a little anxious!
Your statement about having been scared at first was so honest,
and I've not seen that in writing anywhere, on any of the
research I've been doing! That's all I needed: to know that an
experienced, successful trainer was once as nervous as I am!
Like you initially felt, I know that I have some really useful
and pertinent information to share with our managers and I know
that it will be relevant to their jobs, it's just the initial
fear of standing in front of a group of people and communicating
my information effectively that has me tossing and turning at
night!
Anyway, thank you.....your article was great and exactly what I
hoped to find!
