Wyeth Corporate Communications Hones
Skills with
Team ChampionTM
Teambuilding,
communication, and leadership are hallmarks of our Team Champion
session which is based on the sport of Olympic rowing. Taught by
master team builders and World and Olympic Champion
coaches, this session moved the team out of its comfort zone for
a day of unique training. According to Assistant Vice President Sharon Prince "Our team had a
great day, and I think one of the most powerful components was that each person could take
what they needed - for some it was the experience of being in the swing with a team, for
some it was one or more of the
"8 Secrets," for others it was just having some down time (so to speak!)
to get to know members of the team. All in all a great day - although our armchair athletes were quite sore." Click on the pictures to enlarge and enjoy!

ING DIRECT Trainers Go for the Gold with
Team ChampionTM
Alignment of people and teams
around common themes is important at ING DIRECT. So recently, twelve trainers did just that using our Team Champion
session that uses the ultimate team sport of Olympic Rowing to teach the fundamentals. On what could only be described
as a perfect day, the teams learned the basics of rowing from the best of the best at Philadelphia's beautiful Boathouse
Row. At the end of the day, the trainers could only describe it as one awesome experience. Click on the pictures to enlarge and enjoy!

GE Healthcare Technologies Leaders Experience
Team Champion
Seventeen adventurous leaders from GE Healthcare's
Global Customer Quality Team took their training to another
level by learning teamwork and leadership skills using our
Team Champion activity. World Champion rower Dan Lyons led
the seminar and his team of coaches and facilitators provided
expert guidance as the GE teams learned new skills through the
sport of Olympic Rowing. According to HR Manager Becky Bucich,
"The session was good, the facilitators were good, everyone
liked their coaches, and Dan did a good job bringing it all
together." Click on the pictures to enlarge and enjoy!
