Yes, it's true, you and your fellow team members have just designed and constructed a catapult out of the most unlikely materials to meet a set of challenging customer specs…and it actually works!

As your first shot hurls through the air, you reflect on how your team arrived at this moment. You devised a strategy, overcame obstacles, used your resources wisely, and most importantly came together as a team.

The focus then shifts from friendly competition to collaboration as teams combine their resources and creative talents to pursue a group goal. The task may seem impossible, but with a little innovation and whole lot of teamwork, you'll be amazed at what can be accomplished.
