|
Totally unique...totally memorable!
Are you looking for a totally unique and memorable teambuilding experience?
Are you ready to move your teams to another level of performance?
Would you like your team members to have a greater awareness of their potential?
Then this is the training event for you.
Have you ever dreamed of being the next Steven Spielberg, using your own creative talents to make a movie? Here's a chance for your teams to be their own producers, directors, and actors and learn essential teambuilding concepts in the process.
Team dynamics, creativity, and fun are all part of this unique adventure that has team members playing multiple roles to produce their own award winning "Best Picture." And with high-performance trainer
Dan Lyons and Hollywood producer/director/actor
Sean Astin as your personal coaches, this team development session will live forever in the hearts and memories of your people.
Process
Teams are formed from among the participants, then given the task of producing a
5-minute movie (video). The productions are based on famous movie themes, but also must include the
critical elements
of current organization initiatives, values, goals or direction. The teams are given cameras, props,
editing equipment, professional support, and a deadline, then turned loose on the streets and parks of the local city to begin their adventure assignment. Upon returning from filming the teams take a rest period, then reconvene for dinner, viewing of the finished productions, judging, and the Team Hollywood Awards ceremony. Everyone's a winner!
Teams are supported by a full compliment of teambuilding professionals so that there is a clear learning component to the event.
Participants will come away with an appreciation of the power of teamwork and collaboration, team synergy and innovation.

Tommy Hilfiger Canada Goes
Hollywood!
Looking for an innovative way to teach leadership skills, Tommy
Hilfiger Canada chose Teambuilding, Inc. to work with about 80 store
leaders using our
Team Hollywood session. It was "lights-camera-action" as 8 teams
produced movies tying Tommy philosophy to such blockbusters as
Titanic, Top Gun, Forest Gump, and more. After an
instructive discussion of the
8 Secrets of Inspirational Leadership by Dan Lyons, and
some intriguing Hollywood background by Lord of the Rings'
Sean Astin, teams launched into the day's filming. A gala Academy
Awards Ceremony capped a thrilling day. A special thanks to our
Montreal friends at Gearwerx for coordinating the event. Click on the pictures to enlarge and enjoy!
