Hole-In-One Hole-In-One provides teams the opportunity
to create a vision, develop a strategy, implement a solution, and
improve upon actions taken all while under the pressure of time. Sounds
a lot like the day-to-day work environment? Thats the intent!
Teams are tested every day under the fast-paced conditions of todays
competitive workplace. The Hole-In-One activity emulates this
environment in a fun and competitive event for groups from five to five
hundred.
Each team receives a set of equipment and materials. The objective is to
build a life-size structure that will carry a golf ball and result in a
Hole-In-One. Teams work with various lengths of PVC piping and
joints; wood; nails; clamps; bungee cords; bike tubes to create a
life-size maze that a golf ball will travel through before hitting the
green. Sounds easy enough but building the structure is only one piece
of the equation.

-
