Kevin Reilly
Kevin Reillys story isnt merely about
survival. Its a tale of overcoming great adversities to become a true
champion. From high school athletic hero, to a full scholarship at
Villanova University (where he was voted MVP) to a career in the NFL
with the Miami Dolphins, Philadelphia Eagles and New England Patriots,
Kevins future was bright. Shortly after completing his NFL career he
was diagnosed with a rare scar tissue tumor. After the surgery that
saved his life, many well-meaning people were quick to point out what
Kevin couldnt do after this radical cancer surgery left him without his
left arm, five ribs and a large portion of his left shoulder. Kevin
speaks from the heart and uses his own life as a lesson for how all of
us can prevail over bad luck, injustice and pain to find the very best
in ourselves.
