Mission
Quest
Aviation Team
Building provides a common and yet novel experience where all
participants are equal in their knowledge about the tasks that will
confront them. A unique set of goals and objectives requires people to
draw upon genuine team process skills as opposed to just functional
ones.
Participants are interacting
in close proximity while working on new and unfamiliar challenges. The
communication, collaboration and effort that are required to meet these
challenges develops relationships quickly. People may get to know each
other better in a single day within this environment than over an entire
year of normal working conditions.
The objectives of any given
program are unique for each client, and are tailored to suit the very
specific needs of each team based upon their culture, desired outcomes
and needs. A powerfully experience in awareness of individual and team
operating methods is a primary aim for our programs. Genuine process
tools for planning, decision making, execution and de-brief are also
prominent outcomes that can be transferred immediately into the team and
your business.
Types of Missions:

your staff beginning in 8 different locations somewhere world

and various other skills learned in session, your squadron must

Fly your aircraft
laden with medical supplies and food to a crisis stricken third
world location. Time and accuracy are of the essence. Team work
is a huge part of this exercise.
