Rope Team Building Activities
(Indoors or Outdoors)
What happens when you present a group of people with a ropes course challenge that requires them to work together to succeed?
They discover trust, leadership, cooperation,
respect, caring, responsibility, planning,
perseverance, problem solving, support,
self-confidence, sharing, and teamwork.
What happens when you follow the experience with
skilled debriefing and discussion? A powerful learning
experience that creates a new awareness of their talents and skills, and how to apply them in their daily lives.

AstraZeneca Visits "Fufu" (click photos to enlarge)
About 60 administrative coordinators of AstraZeneca (30 on each of two days) spent a rousing day of teambuilding and development at the
Hagley Museum in Wilmington, Delaware. The half-indoor/half-outdoor day had teams creating companies and overcoming obstacles at the "island" of Fufu to collect and save the rare Fufu eggs. Combining our
Building High Performance Teams and Portable Ropes Teambuilding sessions, the day borrowed a little from the TV "Survivor" themes, providing learning, fun, and adventure for everyone.
