The Portable Ropes Teambuilding is a customized approach to learning that engages
people in action, reflection, transfer and support.
 It is rooted in the philosophy that learning is more
effective when the whole person is actively involved. It is effective in developing highly functioning teams and enhancing skills in the areas of leadership, communication, adaptability, creativity, trust,
visioning, and cooperation.

Sessions
 All sessions are conducted by experienced facilitators to maximize participant learning and enjoyment. The sessions can be conducted as a half-day, 1, 2, or 3-day learning experience for groups as small as 8 and as large
as hundreds.

 AstraZeneca Visits "Fufu" (click photos to enlarge)
About 60 administrative coordinators of AstraZeneca (30 on each of two days) spent a rousing day of teambuilding and development at the
Hagley Museum in Wilmington, Delaware. The half-indoor/half-outdoor day had teams creating companies and overcoming obstacles at the "island" of Fufu to collect and save the rare Fufu eggs. Combining our
Building High Performance Teams and Portable Ropes Teambuilding sessions, the day borrowed a little from the TV "Survivor" themes, providing learning, fun, and adventure for everyone.
