This original, fun-filled “Wine Creation”
challenge is sure to get your team’s creative juices flowing!
A-one-of-a-kind” program, your team will hone their skills with a team
building trainer as well as a wine sommelier – With everyone working
toward the ultimate goal...creating and marketing a new product-- a
world class wine!
The Scenario: A surprise inheritance from a high profile and “newly
departed” comedian’s estate in Beverly Hills has left your team perched
to inherit a Napa Valley winery. But … not so fast… the comedian placed
an unusual stipulation in his will! In order to inherit the winery your
team must overcome a challenge. They must create a new wine and develop
a marketing plan to sell their wine to a customer-base with a “highly
developed sense of humor.” Can your team save the day?
This program is a synergy of team building concepts, fun interactive
instruction on wine appreciation, and light wine tasting.
Add-On
Extend
your half-day of training to a full day by helping your team members
understand each other (and themselves) better by learning about their
personalities and styles. The personality work uses the DISC instrument
to enlighten team members with new insights about themselves and how
they operate with others. A wonderful addition to the Wine Maker's
