Ken Blackwell was awesome! He did an excellent job of getting everyone involved. We have an extremely diverse team. Our team building event was a not only great learning experience but also fun for my entire team. I was impressed with the way our facilitator, Heather, handled my rather boisterous group. The exercises revealed a lack of communication due to everyone trying to talk at once. Heather made it fun, while she revealed what I think she already knew after being with us for ten minutes.
