Clarify. Sometimes team members don't know what good productivity is because they haven't been given the standards and guidelines, or maybe the existing standards are unclear. 

Measure. The team should discuss its production/service standards in terms of widgets per hour, customer problems resolved per hour, and so forth. ANYTHING can be quantified for monitoring purposes, and the team should strive to measure what's important.
