Does the team have a defined work process, and if so, is it clear to all team members?

Have team members meet and draw a flow chart of their work process in as much detail as possible. 

• This chart will provide clarity on the work process and align team members around a common understanding of how the work is to be performed.
• It will also serve as a basis for continuous improvement activities by allowing team members to see areas of waste and inefficiency.
