To accomplish tasks effectively and efficiently, good teams develop operating processes. These are agreed-upon ways, such as sequential
steps, to perform work, communicate, meet, arrive at decisions, problem-solve, resolve differences, apportion work, schedule activities, and
more. For clarity, and to aid understanding, a team operating process is usually written or displayed.
