Motivation and the Team
Team motivation is driven by how well the team and its environment are meeting the needs of its members.

These needs are very personal and will vary from member to member. Some members may be motivated by the significance of the work being performed, some by the camaraderie, some by the social atmosphere, some by the leadership, and some by rewards. Therefore it is important to once again recognize the importance of balancing task accomplishment and team building. By paying attention to these two sets of activities, most member needs will be met.
